yesterday another issue of the east side news was released, stuffed full of horrid articles and completly cutting out half an article i thought again what our newspaper was really about, why it is so much better than the east side news. heres the articles that were in the east side news...

"the legend of easter and passover"- (if you dont know, they write an article like this Every spring. besides this, there is no point to this article, if you still do not know about easter and passover by now, then where have you been all your life. why should there be an article about that, its really useless)

"into the woods"- (this article was actually a good idea, the people in that play worked hard and deserve recognition)

"8th grade trip to the whitaker center"- (this article is rather boring, so we went to the witaker center, most people do, why write this?)

"7th grade spotlight"- (every issue they take a student and write about them and what they are like. for the most part, this article was writen very....i dont know the word..."single cutie matt(cant put the last name up) goes by the alias of "squeler"...since when his his relationship status matter? and "for all you tall people out there, this goes to show short people DO finish first"..- uh, that was the conclusion paragraph to this acrticle...dont even get me started)

"8th grade spotlight"-( fav color....fav band...fav song...fav food...fav sport..fav tv show...zzzzzzzzzz) couldnt you think of usefull questions like where do you see yourself in 20 years and how do you think you will manage to get to that point.)

"graduation"- (this story was writen by me, and even after i dropped out, they decided to keep it, and CUT IT IN HALF AND LEAVE IT HANING. apparently there wasnt enough room for it because they are busy putting in the ghettofied graphics) and yes there were other articles in the east side news, but those were just the examples.

and you want to know why the true revolutionist is so much better? we arent just writing about what goes on at school and who goes at with who(that was a real article in the last issue) we are actually writing ideas. we are educating people. the east side news is just stating what goes on around school. thats pretty silly considering there is an ENTIRE world out that, how about what goes on out in the world where things matter. the true revo is getting people to say what they think, getting them to believe in something...

the "are we too american" article was rather controversial, we got alot of hate mail for that, however we got alot of possitive responces from our foreign subscribers. controversial. getting people in an uproar to state their views, to open our minds. i would like you to know, that coming up there will be an article that might be even more controversial, an article about religion. i can see the hate mail now. but think about it, think about chrisitianity for once...

are they open minded saying that what they think is the only thing right?

hypocritical...im so loyal to god i fool around with little boys. thats the catholic priest apparently.

and another point in this upcoming article, parents shoving religion down our throats, its not the best way to handel things. we have our own ideas, shouldn't we be able to decide for ourselves what we believe?
